Copy keys from 200 feet away

Looks like keeping an eye on your keys isn’t enough anymore because some scientists at the University of California have devised a way to duplicate keys with a photograph. By using a proprietary computer program, they’ve successfully duplicated key from photographs taken over 200 feet away.
Makes me wonder if anything is truly secure anymore.

Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame moving to Calgary

Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame’s home at Exhibition Place was burnt down years ago and our sporting history has sat in storage ever since. However, a $50 million bid by Calgary to create a new hall for Canadian sports won the honour of building a 40,000 square foot area for the project.

Cornea working for 123 years

Bernt Aune’s cornea saw amazing things over its 123 life, and has been confirmed to be the oldest living organ in Norway, possibly the world. The previous record holder in the living organ category was Jeanne Calment who was 122 when she died, though her cornea didn’t play a relay with bodies.
